To those of you who need to get caught up with my life, I graduated from Penn State University in the spring of 2003 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. My super-senior year I had the great privelidge of becoming the 41st Nittany Lion Mascot in school history. It was the most exciting year of my life! Between my wife, family, friends and coaches, I had an incredible support structure for the demanding year that the job entailed. Unfortunately, all great things come to an end and I graduated in May and was forced to turn over the paws to the new recruit. So from Penn State I took my soon to be wife and beloved dog across the country to my first assignment in the Air Force at Holloman AFB, NM.
New Mexico proved to be a little bit of challange for more ways than one. First, Jenny had never been further West than Dayton, OH. I can't really say she adjusted to the move easily. Second, we were displaced from our family and friends by over 2,000 miles. And possibly worst of all, we found ourselves in the middle of the desert with the closest town being 70 miles away. But of course we grew to love the area and developed some friendships that we hope will last our lifetime!
So after a short two years we left New Mexico so I could start working on my Masters Degree at AFIT at Wright-Patt Air Force Base. We have bought a house in Bellbrook, OH and most exciting of all, I have now become a DAD! Brady is doing great and he continues to grow and become more active every day!
Well if you have read this far, you are a true friend! Send me an email or give me a call! Keep in touch! And if all else fails, I will see you back in happy valley sometime in the future!
